Brewing has had a bit of a hiatus, and the blog has had a longer one. Before I had shut it all down so we could pack the house up I’d had a chunk of time off anyway, but I managed a few brews:
- An 80/’ clone
- Voyager, a heavily bittered summer ale
- A rather lacklustre lager, using Green Bullet
- A standard best bitter, which I kept the trub from in order to start –
- An attempted clone of Eldridge Pope Thomas Hardy Ale
- A Belgian Pale Ale
The Hardy seems to have worked, despite being a little under strength, and is now nearly 3 years into maturity.
So, onwards and time to reboot the BreweryDatacentre.
